**Responsibilities**:
- Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient store performance
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members, promoting a positive and productive work environment
- Manage inventory and stock levels, ensuring products are readily available for customers
- Assist with wireless sales, providing product knowledge and excellent customer service
- Support shift management, including opening and closing procedures
- Assist with budgeting and financial management, monitoring expenses and maximizing profitability
- Contribute to the training and development of team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling and reporting
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in a leadership role, such as assistant manager or supervisor
- Knowledge of wireless sales is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in budgeting and financial management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
