In March 2023, YBC opened its flagship location in Central Tucson at the historic Benedictine Monastery on N Country Club. This location presents an opportunity to showcase Yellow Brick Coffee’s meticulous attention to detail and unparalleled customer service via a new specialty food and beverage menu.

The YBC barista maintains the highest standards of food and beverage quality and safety. Must be organized, friendly, hardworking, maintain cleanliness and be a team player. Barsitas may be required to work on espresso bar, register, brew bar/backup, and/or float in the kitchen. Prior experience in 3rd wave coffee is required and must be able to pour latte art.

**Barista Responsibilities**
- Opening duties
- Maintain knowledge of YBC food and beverage menu
- Maintain a clean and organized work space
- Operate in a welcoming and safe manner
- Prepare beverages
- Wash dishes
- Run food and drinks as needed
- Closing duties
- Float into cook position when needed

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
