We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Bar Service Attendant to play a crucial role in our team. As a hybrid role, you will not only be responsible for exceptional service in the bar area but also act as a bartender to ensure a seamless and delightful experience for all our patrons.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional table service including inputting orders, running drinks, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Foster an environment of inclusion and enjoyment for all guests.
- Educate guests about our unique beers.
- Perform various daily tasks and adhere to standard operating procedures.
- Maintain professionalism with guests, management, and co-workers.
- Greet guests warmly, take drink orders accurately, and ensure prompt service.
- Stay informed about any complaints or special requests and communicate with management.
- Ensure bar area cleanliness, organization, and stock levels.
- Handle payments accurately and responsibly.
- Comply with all safety and sanitation policies.
- Assist with additional activities as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Previous server experience in a bar or similar establishment.
- Knowledge of alcoholic beverages, particularly beer varieties.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Basic math skills for handling payments.
- Ages 21 & up and compliance with all applicable alcohol laws and regulations.
- California Responsible Beverage Service pouring license.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with Square, Toast, and other POS systems.
- Familiarity with Dokkaebier brand beers.
- Prior customer service experience.

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
