Job SummaryThe Bartender is a key member of our hospitality team, responsible for delivering exceptional beverage service to our guests. As a Bartender, you will be the face of our establishment, ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience.
Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide top-notch service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, wine, and beer.
- Menu Presentation: Present menu options to guests, answer questions, and take orders in a friendly and professional manner.
- Bar Operations: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, restocking supplies and equipment as needed.
- Problem-Solving: Anticipate and resolve guest complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
- Qualifications: Three to six months of related experience, or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Certifications: Alcohol Awareness Certification (must comply with State regulations).
- Language Skills: Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
- Customer Service Skills: Ability to manage difficult or emotional customer situations.
- Competitive Pay: $16.00-$19.20 per hour.
