Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Coiler to join our team. As a Coiler, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining coiling machines to wind wire or cable onto spools or reels. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and mechanical knowledge.

**Duties**:

- Set up and operate coiling machines according to specifications
- Load wire or cable onto spools or reels
- Adjust machine settings to achieve desired coil size and tension
- Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect coils for quality and accuracy
- Perform routine maintenance on coiling machines
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience operating coiling machines or similar equipment preferred
- Knowledge of CNC, weld, caliper, and logic controllers is a plus
- Familiarity with milling machines and CAM programming is beneficial
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects as needed
