Tiello has partnered with a highly reputable **Concrete General Contractor,** on their search for a **Concrete Estimator **to focus on Ground up and new construction projects in Greater Austin, TX area.

**Job Title: Estimator - Concrete (3+ years)**

**Project Types**:Commercial, Educational, Mixed-Use, Ground-up, Concrete, Self-Perform

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform all responsibilities of an Estimator including but not limited to the following:

- Review project plans, requirements, and specifications
- Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs and material pricing
- Propose value engineering options to reduce project cost
- Coordinate subcontract solicitations and job walks
- Determine costs of labor, material, and equipment
- Push the evolution of the construction documents as necessary
- Experience with different styles of delivery methods
- Prepare conceptual estimates
- Meet and maintain bidding and work schedules
- Submit requisitions for purchase of materials
- Compare competitive trade bids

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- BS in Construction Management or Civil Engineering is preferred.
- 3+ years Estimating projects for reputable General Contractors/Subcontractors.
- Commercial, Educational, Mixed-Use, Ground-up, Concrete, Self-Perform
- Experience with Concrete is a huge plus.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
