Ronco is seeking a talented **Field Technician** in our Albany, NY, market to work with customers onsite at locations within a designated territory. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, supporting, maintaining, and troubleshooting audio-visual and other electronic communications systems.

**Accountabilities Include**:

- Perform and coordinate installation, programming, troubleshooting, and maintenance of audio-visual and other communication equipment
- Professionally interface with customers to discuss work and convey system information
- Assist the sales team as necessary to ensure competitive and accurate bid responses
- Conduct building site surveys to identify and confirm installation requirements
- Oversee projects from the bid process through sign-off, handling multiple projects simultaneously
- Attend/conduct project meetings with installation or construction personnel and assist with scheduling and installation
- Work directly with customers to establish and publish a project timeline with a completion date.
- Communicate project progress to customers and Company team members and coordinate project changes with the sales team
- Provide training to customers or end-user personnel on operating and maintaining systems.
- Provide effective “on-call” support
- Attend job-related training, as offered by the Company, and self-driven learning efforts.
- Acquire technical certifications as needed for the job

- Associate degree in Electronics Technology or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2 years of audio-visual or low-voltage experience
- Customer service & team-oriented
- Professional, reliable, highly organized, and punctual
- Maintain industry-recognized technology credentials
- Maintain a clean driving record

**This position's expected hourly pay rate ranges from $25.00 to $32.00 per hour.**
