- Demonstrated experience in tailoring project management and systems engineering fundamentals in complex environments.
- Demonstrated experience in optimizing work processes within the operations and support functions of the systems lifecycle.
- Demonstrated experience providing program planning and coordination support.
- Demonstrated experience in effectively communicating (verbally and in writing) across programs and with clients, stakeholders, and other contractors.
- Demonstrated experience managing priorities across multiple projects.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio
- Demonstrated experience in facilitating and supporting Agile (Scrum or Kanban) activities
- Certification(s)
- Active Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification

**HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS AND DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE**: Skills and demonstrated experiences that are highly desired but not required to perform the work include:

- Demonstrated experience supporting the technical processing of vetting support requests for analytical comparison against the Sponsor’s holdings.
- Demonstrated experience with computer processing platforms such as computers, mobile, and I.O.T. and using that knowledge working in a clustered computing environment.
- Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager/Team Lead of an IC technical team.

**This is a full-time position, and MUST HAVE a TS/SCI/Full Scope Polygraph Clearance.
