**Posting Summary**
- Rutgers School of Public Health is seeking a Data Control Clerk II for Center for Public Health Workforce Development located in Somerset, NJ. The Data Control Clerk II will perform a wide variety of support services within the Center for Public Health Workforce Development and assist in the support of various program activities.
Duties include:

- Coordinate gathering of pertinent data necessary for accurate & proper completion of training files. Provides information to course attendees and responds to correspondence and inquires. Maintains appropriate records, course files and logs.
- Organizes and processes assigned clerical, typing and registration responsibilities.
- Responsible for registration procedures for Training center.
- Maintains training course related files from program planning through course delivery and achieving stages of their delivery
