**Your Purpose as a Title Specialist**:

- Prepare all new and used motor vehicle title paperwork for the state in which they will be titled
- Submit legal title transfer work to the WI Department of Motor Vehicles using the online system through DealerTrack Registration & Title
- Follow up with various lenders on the title status of recently paid off vehicles/trade-ins
- Work with DMV and lenders to resolve title issues
- Verify the accuracy of all paperwork and ensure that all information is complete
- Flips trade in titles to the dealer’s name
- Compiles and maintains a complete list of all outstanding title work, including a missing title list. Reports to management on the status of any missing or problem titles
- Processes monthly title audit
- Other duties as assigned by management

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Automotive titles experience preferred, but willing to train the right person.
