Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure efficiency of a small boutique hotel, providing exceptional customer service and home-away-from home experience for our guests. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Operations Manager.

**Position Overview**:
The Operations Manager will play a crucial role is supporting the day-to-day operations of our hotel.
The position is designed for a self-starter who is hardworking, responsible, and capable of taking charge in the absence of the General Manager.
The Operations Manager will collaborate closely with the GM, sharing responsibilities, and ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during GMs off-duty or vacations.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of the daily operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance and Guest services.
- Act as a point of contact for guests, addressing inquiries, resolving issues and ensuring a positive guest experience.
- Supervise and support hotel staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Manage reservations, check-ins and checkouts efficiently.
- Assist in maintaining high cleanliness and maintenance standards, through the hotel and not be afraid to pitch-in when needed.
- Ensure compliance with all policies and maintenance standards through the hotel
- Collaborate with the General Manager to implement strategies for revenue growth and cost management.
- Take the lead in the absence of the General Manager, making informed decisions to uphold the hotels standard and reputation.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 3 years as a front desk agent or supervisor role
- Strong Organizational skills, willingness to work hard, and take direction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Applications.
Pay: $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 - 40 per week
