**What's this Job All About?**

The Librarian I/Circulation Manager collaborates closely with the Library Director and other team members to deliver excellent customer service to library users. They address the needs of library patrons and resolve complex customer issues, providing assistance in utilizing library services, facilities, and equipment. Additionally, they interpret library policies for patrons, oversee and train circulation staff, and undertake various tasks related to processing and maintaining library materials. Furthermore, they assist with various aspects of general library operations and perform other duties as assigned.

**Supervision & Examples of Duties**:
**Librarian** - Receives general supervision from supervisory or management staff. May provide technical supervision to part-time clerical staff.
