**Responsibilities**:
**Conference and Event Marketing**:

- Work with marketing and business development to prepare budgets, set deadlines, create concepts, and identify conference and event objectives.
- Implement budgets, schedules, and logistics for conferences and events program.
- Select and negotiate with vendors, monitoring their activities to ensure quality control.
- Manage the promotions, communications, and branding aspects of conferences and events.
- Prepare reports and present them to management post-event.

**Marketing Support**:

- Maintain an inventory and directory of company store business development support givaways, coordinating new material creation as needed.
- Assist in conducting research to analyze the competitive landscape, market trends, and customer behavior, preparing reports by collecting, summarizing, and analyzing data.
- Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our online presence and engage with our audiences.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing coordination, event planning, or a similar role.
- Proven experience in conference and event marketing.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online marketing strategies.
- Experience with budget management and vendor negotiations.
- Valid Driver’s License
