Director Information Technology II

**What does a successful Information Technology Director do at Fiserv?
**As a successful Information Technology Director, you will interact with clients of leading financial institutions, product managers and software engineers to envision, design and build innovative product and technology solutions supporting large scale solutions. You will lead and influence agile teams of engineers developing talent, ensuring high quality and innovation are in place to help our clients' businesses.

**What you will do**:

- Provide in-depth walkthroughs of our digital communication journeys for new and existing clients
- Manage multiple client priorities and maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment
- Assist clients, digital providers and internal implementations teams in troubleshooting and the adoption of our suite of communication products
- Lead technical product teams through the ideation, development, and launch of innovative products

**What you will need to have**:

- 15+ years of current experience leading engineering teams in delivering resilient and high volume technology solutions
- Experience working with teams delivering with Java/Spring Frameworks and Spring Boot
- Experience in leading teams building 12 Factor cloud services
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience leading teams with software development experience building RESTful API's in Java and either SQL or NoSQL databases
- Experienced in the day-to-day practicalities of Agile/Scrum software delivery methodologies
