Rockland County's largest music school is looking for a full time front desk team member. 34+ hours per week primarily based at our New City (Rockland County) location. All employees travel to our Harrison (Westchester) location occasionally as needed.

$21.00 per hour to start for training reaching $23 at the end of training with raises and performance evaluations and bonuses,.

**Hours**:
Every Saturday 8:45am - 4pm. (7.25 hours).

Room for advancement with pay and PTO based on performance.

Must have reliable transportation to travel between our New City NY and Harrison (Westchester County) NY offices as needed

No music or music education experience is required.

Great position for someone who is looking for a great paying full time position and likes kids

Weekend availability required.

Great position for someone working their way through school, or who has a lot of flexibility, doesn't mind night and weekend work and is looking for a high paying position with room for advancement with PTO and raises.

**JOB DUTIES**:

- Answering phones (We're looking for the **GOLDEN VOICE**, that sounds amazing on the phone with a great tone and excitement for our customers. If anyone has told you, that your voice should be on the radio, we're looking for you).
- Great memory with ability to remember lots of details.
- **An ability to sell themselves as well as our services**. Looking for someone with a great personality that is a people person.
- If you hate sales, please do not apply. Selling our school on the phone to potential clients is one of the most important parts of this position.
- Registering clients
- Processing paperwork
- Cleaning
- Communicating with teachers, staff and clients.
- Selling mínimal retail / supplies at the desk.
- Interacting with customers
- Consistent attendance.

**Ideal qualifications and experience**:

- Restaurant, Hospitality
- Phone customer support
- Bank teller
- Retail
- Medical office
- Salon

Any position that is fast paced, with a lot of interaction with the public.

**Administrative Duties**:
Scheduling
Running errands
Stocking supplies
Answering and routing phone calls
Greeting visitors
