Job description

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Warehouse Admin/Operation Coordinator. We are looking for someone who is articulate, organized and flexible to be an integral part of the warehouse admin team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods with Warehouse manager.
- Uploads clear, accurate pictures associated with products.
- Prepare, collate, and distribute incoming orders to warehouse staff.
- Monitor inventory and assist in managing stock control.
- Ensure all warehouse activities are conducted in compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Creates warehouse tags for pallets/cartons/pieces received into the warehouse.
- Supervise warehouse staff and provide guidance and direction as needed with warehouse manager.
- Manage administrative tasks, such as data entry, record-keeping, and documenting warehouse activities in WMS.
- Communicates any receiving issues and/or discrepancies with BO team.
- Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies related to warehouse operations.
- Scans all packing lists/BOL into database and updates.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in warehouse operations and administration.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of safety and quality standards in warehouse operations.
- Relevant certification and experience operating a forklift.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
