**Job Summary**:
PSEG is looking for talented technology professionals to join our team. Our vision is to power the digital future of PSEG. As a Technology Professional you will provide support for all Client Services functions, with a focus on data analytics and automation.

**Responsibilities**:
**Responsibilities associated with data analytics and automation may include the following**:

- Work with employees throughout the company to assist them in the design, creation, publishing, update and maintenance of business intelligence reports (e.g. in Power BI or Tableau) or other data analysis tools. Assistance to client may cover data Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL), data model creation, calculations (e.g. Power BI DAX), report creation, and publishing
- Assist as needed with data governance or automation governance

**Responsibilities associated with general Client Services functions, as needed, may include the following**:

- Work with the Client Services related infrastructure projects and initiatives to ensure solutions are aligned and that the transition and delivery of new or upgraded systems are seamlessly moved to production support teams and suppliers
- Interface with other areas of IT for engineering and infrastructure support
- Analyze performance of Helpdesk activities and documented resolutions, identify problem areas and deliver solutions to enhance quality of service
- Comply with ITSM/ITIL process such as Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Request Management, CMDB, KEDB

**Job Specific Qualifications**:
**Required**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Math or related technical field to be received within 6 months of receiving your offer.
- Level of experience required ranges from internship to 2 years of experience within the IT field or an industry with reliance on technical expertise.
- Experience with Power BI and/or other data visualization software
- Overall strong technical proficiency in information technology/computer disciplines
- Strong MS Office skills
- Self-starter with the demonstrated ability to learn new technical concepts quickly
- Detail oriented and demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with clients, IT management and staff
- Good communications, consultative and interpersonal skills, including oral, written and presentation
- Ability to work in a 24x7 environment with callout availability required

- Experience in Espressive - Barista Applications
- Knowledge of testing methodologies and/or project management
- AWS certification
- Knowledge of data handling and management languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL)
