**Duties**:

- Greet customers and assist them in finding the products they are looking for
- Provide product knowledge and information to customers
- Assist customers with their purchases, including processing transactions through the cash register
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is properly displayed
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of products
- Demonstrate technical knowledge for selling electronics, wireless devices, and jewelry
- Utilize effective sales techniques to meet or exceed sales targets
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to sell products effectively and meet sales targets
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Knowledge of wireless sales, jewelry sales, or technical sales is a plus
- in English and Spanish is a plus
