**Responsibilities**:

- **Logistics Management**: Coordinate the scheduling of materials, equipment, and personnel to ensure seamless project execution. From delivery schedules to on-site coordination, you'll be the master planner behind every successful roofing project.
- **Customer Care**: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. From initial inquiries to post-installation follow-ups, your exceptional communication skills and dedication to customer satisfaction will shine through.
- **Permit Acquisition**: Navigate the regulatory landscape to obtain necessary permits and approvals for roofing projects. Your attention to detail and familiarity with local building codes will ensure compliance and smooth project progress.
- **Back-end Project Management**: Oversee all aspects of project administration, from budget tracking to resource allocation. You'll keep a close eye on timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the construction or roofing industry.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Familiarity with permit acquisition processes and building codes (preferred).
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.49 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience level:

- 3 years

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:

- Bellflower, CA 90706: Relocate before starting work (required)
