**Paint/Hardware Retail Sales**

**Job Summary**

Ganahl Lumber Company Lake Forest is looking for "customer first" attitude person to join our Paint Department team. This employee will play a critical role in helping our customer select the right products, ensuring price quotes are accurate, verifying correct price labels, and confirming that all customer needs are met.

**What We're Looking For**
Responsibilities and Duties:

- Customer Service
- Assisting customer's in finding the right product for the customer's need in a warm and friendly manner
- House Keeping
- Help maintain assigned department clean & organized to help enhance the customer's shopping experience.
- Merchandising
- Help maintain product selection (plan-o-grams) to be visually pleasing to the customer.
- Inventory
- Help with stocking and other duties to help keep the shelves full with product.

**What you need to succeed**
Minimum Qualification:

- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Great customer service skills
- Great communication skills
- Paint retail experience a plus
- Hardware retail experience a plus
