We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Specialist.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensures customer satisfaction by responding promptly to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Identifies and escalates customer issues to the appropriate department quickly.
- Keeps detailed records of customer interactions and transactions within the company's CRM system.
- Creates and helps manage cases related to customer issues or concerns.
- Troubleshoots solar systems production issues in the monitoring platform.
- Ensures all phase calls are completed promptly and close-out calls
- All other duties as assigned within scope.

**Qualifications**:

- A love for interacting and helping people
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred but not required
- Proficient verbal, listening, and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, team player, and relationship builder
- Proficient with G Suite
- Solar experience and Salesforce experience are preferred but not required

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
