Essential Duties & Responsibilities

In partnership with business leadership, hiring managers, and People Team Partners the recruiter develops a recruitment strategy for each role in line with internal processes - provides counsel, guidance on best-in-class talent acquisition strategies, hiring tools/processes.
- Supports Talent team as needed in identifying internal talent and cultivating relationships with emerging leaders.
- Responsible for driving the attraction, interview, selection and hiring process from position launch through to offer acceptance.
- Responsible for finalizing offer process, offer creation and seamless communication to all stakeholders

You will need a strong business acumen, comfort with analytics, excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and people management skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Ability to manage multiple and shifting priorities, highly effective in dealing with ambiguity

- Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation skills, and customer service skills
- Must demonstrate exceptional judgment, discretion, and professional courtesy
- Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and familiarity with ATS systems
