**Sr. Project Coordinator
- Commercial Flooring**

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Flooring Project Coordinator to join our team in Houston, Texas. You will play a critical role in helping our company accurately manage the scheduling and delivery of materials and labor required for commercial flooring construction projects.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Communicate with Estimators, Superintendents, and Project Managers, verbally and in writing, to ensure project specifications, materials, and descriptions are accurate
- Coordinate multiple projects, ensuring materials and installations are scheduled, assigned, and supervised
- Communicate with vendors/distributors to determine the availability of products and pricing
- Coordinate, document, and communicate the status of project materials, resources, and information to customers
- Create and manage Purchase Orders, Change Orders, and Work Orders, verifying for accuracy, and entering data into Record/Project Management Systems
- Responsible for placing material purchase orders and documenting lead times in Record/Project Management Systems
- Respond with urgency and flexibility to meet frequently changing project schedules
- Perform consistent, timely follow-ups with suppliers and customers
- Work independently with a high degree of organization
- **Position Requirements**:_
- At least 2 years of proven experience in a Flooring Project Coordinator role or 3 plus years as a Commercial Construction Project Coordinator performing the “Position Responsibilities”
- Knowledge of construction related coordination processes (contracts, materials, vendors, purchase orders, work orders, change orders)
- Knowledge and experience with all types of commercial flooring and materials preferred
- Experience with Record and Project Management software (Field Lens, Procore, Job Runner, etc.) and Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Must have a valid driver license
- Must have a dependable mode of transportation
- Must be able to pass a background check

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
