**Community Autism Services, a division of The Stepping Stones Group, is hiring immediately for** ABA **Center-Based Behavior Technicians in our Rocklin, CA center where you can provide state of the art behavioral services to children with autism that help us in Transforming Lives Together**
**Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour**
**Job Highlights**
- Paid training and Registered Behavior Technician Certification Alternative work week schedule Monday-Friday
-every other Friday OFF
- Competitive hourly wages based on experience
- Drive time and mileage reimbursement when applicable

- Paid time off (PTO) 6 days per year
- Sick time (in addition to PTO) 24 hours per year

- Monthly/Quarterly trainings
- Reimbursements for Onboarding costs
**Qualifications**
- Must have availability from 8:30am-6:00pm, Monday-Friday
- Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Special Education experience preferred
- Must have experience working with children
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field preferred
- Must be willing to drive to Sacramento and nearby centers
- Must have reliable transportation (personal vehicle), active license, and have current/active auto insurance
- Must have current vaccinations (MMR, HEP B, Tdap, Varicella) and TB test within the last year
- Must have COVID, booster, and flu vaccination annually
- Must pass DOJ/FBI live scan background clearance
- Must provide proof of physical capability including the ability to sit, stand, bend, squat, twist and lift 50 pounds
- Work one on one with children in center using various teaching methodologies from Applied Behavior Analysis
- Collect data on assigned goals and implement plans to improve skills in all developmental domains
- Implement Behavior Intervention Plans as designed to decrease maladaptive behaviors
- Collaborate with family members and other professionals on a regular basis
