Behavior Therapist

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavior Therapist to join our team at The Stepping Stones Group. As a Behavior Therapist, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver direct ABA treatment services to children with autism in various settings, including their homes, schools, and communities.
- Work under the guidance of a program supervisor to instruct clients on essential skills such as communication, play, socialization, and independence.
- Assist in addressing challenging behaviors and collecting, organizing, and summarizing behavioral data related to treatment goals.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Full-time schedules of 7:45am-3:30pm in schools and 7:45am-7:00pm for combined settings.
- Part-time schedules starting from 3:00pm - flexibility for those juggling between school.
- Able to commute up to 5-20 miles or 30-45 minutes.
- Childcare experience required.
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
