**Position Overview**: We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Stock Clerk/Cashier to join our team at Blossom & Ivory. In this dual role, you will manage inventory efficiently and handle customer transactions with precision, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience. If you have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for fashion, we would love to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries, providing exceptional service from the moment they enter the store.
- Accurately process sales transactions using the point-of-sale system, handling cash, credit, and debit card transactions.
- Issue receipts, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with store policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, ensuring supplies such as bags and receipt paper are replenished as needed.
- Receive, unpack, and organize incoming inventory, ensuring all items are properly labeled and stored.
- Assist in restocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining overall store cleanliness.
- Monitor stock levels and report any discrepancies or low inventory to management.
- Conduct regular stock counts and assist with inventory audits.
- Stay informed about current promotions, store policies, and product knowledge to effectively assist customers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and a positive customer experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a stock clerk, cashier, or in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions and managing inventory.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills.
- A passion for fashion and a keen sense of style.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
