Experienced Fine Woodworker

At Brownstone Door Co. we are passionate about preserving the traditional craft of door making, and we're looking to hire an additional individual who shares our passion for historic door fabrication.

We specialize in providing our customers with high-quality custom doors and entryway solutions. We take pride in our processes, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.

We have a job opening for a custom woodworker who is dedicated to their craft, loves to learn and excel in the craft, is process-driven, and has a problem-solving mindset to lead the door fabrication in our shop.

**Position Overview**: In this role, you will be responsible for the production process by crafting and assembling various components to create our custom doors and entryway solutions to the established company standards and within the scheduled timeframe.

**Requirements**: 7-10 years of verifiable, work experience in a professional custom fine woodworking shop environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a custom woodworker
- Proficient in reading shop drawings and tape measurements.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in craftsmanship.
- Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and maneuver heavy materials when necessary.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and practices.
- Able to learn, retain, and work to company-established processes.
