Join Brains & Motion Education as a Sports Coordinator/Program Manager for our After-School Sports Programs and Summer Camps in the Northern Sacramento area. We're looking for a dynamic leader with a background in sports and a commitment to enhancing student experiences.
- Strong organizational and time management skills- Excellent people management skills, leading and inspiring staff teams
- Genuine passion for sports and coaching, fostering a love of physical activity in young learners

Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with schools, families, youth organizations, and community leaders.- Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement engaging sports and educational activities.- Represent BAM at community events, meetings, and public forums.- Oversee and coordinate all aspects of our sports and athletics programs, ensuring high-quality instruction and a positive experience for participants and staff.- Provide leadership and mentorship to program staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.- Serve as a role model and advocate for youth development, promoting healthy lifestyles and positive behaviors.- Lead training and development for staff
- Support managerial tasks including payroll management, scheduling, and operational oversight to ensure program efficiency and success.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Education, Physical Education, or related field (or equivalent experience) desired.- Strong sports/athletics coaching background and experience, with a deep understanding of youth sports and physical education.- Proven leadership skills, with experience in team management and community engagement.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.- Demonstrated ability to build and nurture partnerships with schools, families, and community stakeholders.- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about youth development and promoting healthy lifestyles.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a related field.
- Extensive experience working in the youth sports sector.

**Benefits**
- Compensation: $60,000-$70,000/yr.- Healthcare Coverage (Medical, Dental & Vision)

**Experience**:

- K-12 Education Program Management: 3 years (preferred)
