**Monitorship Compliance Officer**

with the Department of Justice from January 10, 2024. The position reports to the Head of the Monitorship Compliance Office.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, organize and execute assigned DPA workplan tasks.
- Work with external counsel to establish standards and implementing procedures to ensure that the documented results of the assigned workplan tasks are delivered within time and budget.
- Drive stakeholder management.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., GR&AS, Global Legal, Export Controls, IT) as well as with other OEC colleagues delivering on the workplan tasks.
- Provide regular updates of the workplan task execution status.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Legal or qualification within the audit or risk management area
- Hands-on with extreme attention to detail and written documentation
- Proven track record of working in highly organized project environments
- Proactive, dynamic and result driven individual
- Strong grasp of code of conduct, business ethics policies and current compliance practices
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex issues
- Demonstrated ability to manage senior leadership in dynamic environments
- Very good communication and collaboration skills

**Basic Qualifications**:

- 8+ years of work experience in corporate governance / compliance organizations
- Experienced in dealing with external regulators and regulatory requirements
- Experience in executing large scale projects
