Since 1987, we have been the area's No. 1 pawnbroker by **offering top-notch customer service**. Our staff is knowledgeable, friendly and professional, and our location is always clean and tidy.

We are seeking a Pawn And Retail Sales Clerk to provide excellent customer service and become an integral part of our team You will be responsible for providing confidential loans to customers, as well as purchase and selling products and merchandise, in a retail setting. We will train you on everything you need to know to thrive and succeed at this position.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and direct customers
- Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
- Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
- Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
- Cross-sell products
- Ensure racks are fully stocked
- Manage returns of merchandise
- Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers
- Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services

**Skills**
- Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role
- Understanding of the retail sales process
- Familiarity with consumer behavior principles
- Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
- Basic math skills
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
- Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
- Strong negotiation skills
- Team Player
- Bi-lingual is a plus

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 43 per week
