Servers at Gracie's are responsible for executing fine dining steps of service and guiding the guest dining experience. Duties include, but are not limited to, following our fine dining standards, studying our menu inside and out, being confident in our wine and beverage offerings and paying attention to details, as well as working to create a positive environment for everyone to learn and excel in. We strive to create memorable experiences for our guests.

Bartending experience is a plus
- Successful in a team-work focused atmosphere
- Ready and willing to learn and grow regardless of past experiences
- Working knowledge of fine dining etiquette
- Warm, friendly, and professional demeanor
- Detailed knowledge of craft cocktails and spirits
- Strong working knowledge of wine and wine tasting
- Strong communication skills, and a willingness to accept feedback and learn.

**Teammates at Gracie's are required to maintain a detailed working knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, technique, and allergies. We are currently open Wed.Sunday for dinner.**

**Compensation**
Hourly rate is determined by experience and performance, starting at $20/hr. to serve. If there is bartending experience, the range would be around $22/hr. There is a TeamShare gratuity pool as well, on top of hourly wage.

*Benefits such as health/dental/vision insurance are offered (after 90 days), wellness perks, 401K eligibility, paid sick time, professional development and continuous food and beverage education along with discounted dining.
