**Position Title**: Warehouse Supervisor

**Compensation**: Starting at $24.00/hour

**Position Description**:
The Warehouse Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the warehouse to ensure that all incoming and outgoing inventory is stored according to all government and company regulations and processed according to schedule. The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and clutter-free storage facility.

**Responsibilities**:

- Move inventory and materials across facilities.
- Process inventory for delivery.
- Sort, organize, and store inventory in the proper location.
- Package items and label correctly.
- Scan delivered items and ensure quality.
- Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors.
- Stack and organize large bulk items.
- Remove inventory from trucks or shipping and deliver to proper location.
- Update logs and documentation for inventory processing.
- Move materials from facilities to workstations, pick-up locations, or other locations.
- Maintain compliance with all current warehousing and shipping safety and government regulations.
- Wear appropriate safety equipment at all times.
- Operate heavy machinery like forklifts to move or store inventory.
- Ensure workspace is free of debris and remove safety hazards from aisles.
- Work as an active team member to complete team goals.
- Prepare documentation and inventory for audits.
- Performs additional related duties as assigned.

**Education, Skills, & Experience**:

- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience operating forklifts and other industrial equipment.
- Familiarity with inventory software and ability to upload data into the company system.
- Previous warehouse and inventory control experience preferred.
- Highly organized and able to store items efficiently.
- Attention to detail and monitors the quality of inventory.
- Ability to work safely and independently.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Work longer hours than the typical 8 hours workday.
- Regularly sit, stand, walk, use hands to fingers, lift, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, balance, stoop, kneel, climb, crouch or crawl.
- Lift up to 50 lbs. when necessary.
- Exert up to 50 lbs. of force when moving boxes and other goods.
- Demonstrate good manual dexterity for the use of common office equipment such as computers, calculators and various machines.
- Wear personal protective equipment correctly during the day as needed.
- Work in a variety of environments both in a shop or outside in heat or cold temperatures.
- Drive a vehicle with a State issued driver’s license.
- Communicate with others both verbally and written.
