**In-Home Consultations**: Work directly with clients in their homes to understand their vision and deliver personalized design solutions that exceed their expectations.

**What You'll Do**:

- **Interior Design**: Create stunning and functional interiors for a variety of spaces, including kitchens and baths.
- **Project Management**: Oversee all aspects of design projects, from initial consultation to final installation.
- **Client Interaction**: Conduct in-home consultations to understand client needs and preferences.
- **Sourcing**: Identify and source high-quality furnishings, materials, and accessories that align with your design vision.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Experienced Designer**: Minimum of 5 years in interior design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Advanced skills in AutoCAD and Photoshop and other project management software.
- **Creative Visionary**: Ability to create innovative and stylish interiors that reflect client personalities. We will ask for your portfolio to proceed to interview rounds.
- **Excellent Communicator**: Strong interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.
- **Detail-Oriented**: Keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality and precision in every aspect of your work.

**Benefits**:
