**Outpatient Group Clinician (Part-Time)**

**New York, NY**

**About the Position**:
The **Outpatient Group Clinician **is responsible for providing best-in-class group facilitation with the purpose of creating an individualized recovery experience that incorporates the mind, body, and spirit of each client. The **Outpatient Group Clinician** is expected to provide IOP group therapy, OP group therapy, specialized group therapy as indicated/assigned, and crisis management as needed.

**Schedule**:Part-Time, Approximately 15-25 hours/week

Daytime or Evening Hours Available _(Flexible)_

Monday: 9:00AM - 1:30PM or 5:00PM - 9:30PM

Tuesday: 9:00AM - 1:30PM or 5:00PM - 9:30PM

Wednesday: 9:00AM - 1:00PM or 4:00PM - 8:00PM

Thursday: 9:00AM - 1:30PM or 5:00PM - 9:30PM

**Your Role**:

- Facilitate IOP and OP groups with a focus on integrated care.
- Collaborate and consult with the outpatient interdisciplinary team members regarding group member clinical processes and needs.
- Assist with client drug and alcohol screening process as needed.
- Provide crisis management as needed.
- Complete all required and assigned trainings in a timely manner.
- Maintain clinical chart via electronic medical records in accordance with agency and accreditation standards of same day documentation.
- Participate in individual and group clinical supervision as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Marriage/Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or related field, _required._
- Holds and maintains independent licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of New York, _required._
- Previous experience facilitating group therapy, _required._
- Previous experience working in an outpatient setting, _preferred._

**Compensation**_:_**

The base rate of pay for this position is $60.00 to $75.00 per hour. Actual pay is determined based on a number of job-related factors including skills, education, training, credentials, experience, scope and complexity of role responsibilities, geographic location, performance, and working conditions. This is _not _a fee-for-service position.
