This is a leadership role that requires strong supervisory skills and knowledge of medical terminology.
**Duties**:
- Supervise and manage a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses and support staff
- Develop and implement care plans for patients, ensuring their individual needs are met
- Oversee the coordination of medical services, including scheduling appointments and managing patient records
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, making necessary adjustments to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication
- Implement systems and processes to improve efficiency and productivity within the healthcare facility
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, implementing changes as needed
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to optimize financial performance
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role in a healthcare setting
