**What You’ll Do**:
Recruitment
- Research, develop and implement effective recruiting strategies
- Builds relationships in the community to enhance recruitment pipelines and promote diversity initiatives
- Publishes, posts, and maintains job abs
- Represents PACE-RI at job fairs and networking opportunities

Onboard New Employees
- Coordinates new hire orientation
- Tracks orientation paperwork to ensure deadlines are met
- Enters new hire information across all tracking systems
- Facilitates new employee orientation

Administrative Support
- Works with HR Manager to accurately track and communicate with employees on leave of absence
- Processes and maintains FMLA requests as directed by HR Manager
- Prepares and processes worker's compensation incident reports

**Your Qualifications**:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Health Care Admin, Business or related field preferred, not required
- Fluency in Spanish, preferred
- Organizational skills, Intellectual curiosity, and a customer service mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Ability to organize and maintain files with MS Office, especially Excel required

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
