Led by an expert team of Psychiatrists, Nurses, Master’s Level Clinicians, and Addiction and Alcohol treatment Specialists we strive to provide the highest level of addiction treatment available today. We utilize the most cutting edge treatment modalities available today and treat the whole person by healing the Mind, Body, and Spirit.

**Responsibilities**:
- This Group Facilitator would be responsible for conducting groups and assisting the clinical department in a wide variety of patient care activities as directed by the attending Clinical Director
- Conduct educational groups (lectures/videos/discussions) effectively
- Document the patient's progress accurately as it relates to treatment goals and objectives
- Assist patients in gaining group process skills and Reinforce stated treatment goals and objectives that are measurable
- Utilize experiential techniques effectively and create atmosphere in which self-disclosure is facilitated
- Assist patients gain insight into problems and understanding treatment goals
- Give patient a clear picture of where he/she stands with regard to progress toward recovery as seen by the therapist and the multidisciplinary treatment team
- Confront and document counter-productive behavior appropriately
- Be effective in finding needed resources
- Maintain clinical records according to program policies and those of licensing and accrediting agencies
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
