**Position Description**

The Field Service Representative (FSR) will always work with integrity, demonstrate a desire to serve others, and possess the ability to solve problems. The FSR is responsible for promoting Ram Products and providing products and services to customers in a designated area.

What can I expect in my role as an FSR?
- ** Account Service**: servicing existing accounts to grow revenue, develop relationships, expand product line, and demonstrate products.
- ** Administrative Duties**: operating within the ERP and CRM systems as well as accurately bill, restock and maintain inventory levels of our products.
- ** Product Knowledge and Business Development**: develop a working knowledge of general product categories through training and on-the-job experience.
- ** Understanding**: understand each customer’s needs to provide real, effective solutions.
- ** Deliver**:deliver exceptional customer service.

- Ability to work independently, with a high degree of self-motivation and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in a customer-facing position.
- Willing to travel up to 25%.
- Industrial experience is a plus

**You’ll also need**:

- High School Diploma, GED, or High School Equivalence Certificate.
- A valid divers license with excellent driving record.
- To be able to lift 25-50 pounds on customer calls.

**_ Minimum Qualifications_**
- High school Diploma, GED, or High School Equivalence Certificate.
- A valid divers license with excellent driving record.
- Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.

**_ Preferred Qualifications_**
- Associate degree
- Experience working in an industrial environment.
- Experience working in the MRO industry.
