Qualifications (Desired)
- USCG Merchant Mariner's credential with 100 ton Near Coastal Masters Endorsement or greater.
- USCG issued Medical Certificate / DOT Drug Compliant / TWIC card
- 3 Years of documented experience as Master of similar sized vessels.

STCW Endorsements (required)
- Basic Training A-VI/1, basic and advanced Firefighting A-VI/1 and A-VI/3, First Aid/CPR/AED STCW A-V1/1-3, Medical Care Provider STCW A-IV/4, RFPNW STCW A-II/4

or
- OIC Navigational Watch and Masters LT 500 GT STCW A-II/3, Combined RADAR & ARPA STCW A-II/1, A-II/2, & A-II/3, ECDIS STCW A-II/1, A-II/2 & A-II/3, Competence in Survival Craft other than Fast Rescue Boat STCW A-VI/2-1, Vessel Security Officer; w/ Cyber Security STCW A-VI/5, Leadership and Managerial Skills STCW A-II/2, GMDSS FCC License A-IV/2
