**Truck Team Member - General Labor / Driver / Customer Service**
- **Starting pay (Drivers)**: $15.50/hr + tips, monthly bonuses, and up to $0.50/hr raise every 6 months (avg $18.50+ within first year)
- **Starting pay (Non-drivers)**: $15/hr + tips, monthly bonuses, and up to $0.50/hr raise every 6 months (avg $18+ within first year)
- **Hours**: Hours vary daily. We operate 6 days/week (Mon-Sat) and our Truck Team Members work 4 days per week, averaging 35-40 hrs with the possibility of overtime
- **Location**:Each shift starts at one of our trucks stationed throughout Northern Delaware (Wilmington, New Castle, Newark, Hockessin)

**About the position**:

- **4 Day Work Week** - Full Time employees work 4 of the 6 days we operate (Monday-Saturday, schedule released on Sunday)
- **Days start at 7AM. No end-time is given.** Hours will vary daily depending on the needs of the business (Truck Team Members currently averaging 30-40 hours/week with 4 day work week)
- **Each shift starts at one of our various truck locations** throughout New Castle County (Wilmington, New Castle, Newark, Hockessin)
- You and your partner will bring your positive attitudes to our customers’ homes and businesses and manually remove their unwanted items.
- You’ll dispose of items responsibly through our recycling, donating and waste management facilities

**Qualifications**:

- 21+ years of age for Driver positions. 19+ for non-drivers.
- Valid standard driver’s license with a clean driving record (past 3 years)
- **Reliable, hard-working, and a positive attitude**:

- **Physically able to lift 50lbs+ repeatedly**:

- **Good verbal and written communication skills**:

- Previous physical labor, customer service, sales, and/or driving experience a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.25 - $17.50 per hour
