**Overview**

New Creation Landscaping is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Crew Lead to join our team. As a Crew Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and leading a team of lawn maintenance technicians in primarily maintenance jobs. You will also be responsible for on-site customer relations, light equipment maintenance and repair work. **Responsibilities**

Supervision and Leadership
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of lawn maintenance technicians.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to crew members, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.
- Assist in training new team members on proper lawn care techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures.
- Motivate and inspire team members to achieve performance targets and maintain high standards of work quality.

Operational Management
- Execute daily work schedules, routes, and assignments for lawn maintenance crews.
- Ensure all equipment and tools are properly maintained and in good working condition.
- Perform minor equipment repairs in the field when needed.
- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
- Address any issues or concerns raised by clients or team members promptly and effectively.
- Perform minor irrigation repairs when needed.

Client Relations
- Communicate with clients to understand their lawn care needs and expectations.
- Provide recommendations and solutions to enhance the appearance and health of a clients' lawns.
- Resolve any client complaints or issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to promote customer loyalty and retention.

Quality Assurance
- Monitor the quality of work performed by lawn maintenance crews and ensure adherence to company standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of completed work to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Implement best practices and techniques to optimize lawn health and appearance.

**Requirements**:

- Legally able to work within the United States
- Valid and clean driver’s license to operate work vehicle.
- Must be insurable by an insurance company.
- Must be drug free.
- Ability to safely drive a truck towing a trailer.
- Ability to perform minor irrigation repairs.
- Ability to perform minor equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment, over 65 lbs repeatedly.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

**Preferred**
- Landscape BMP Certification
- Limited Commercial Landscape Maintenance Certification (LCLM)
- Knowledge and experience with lawn care techniques and equipment.
- Knowledge of common grass types and common grass issues.
- Client relations or customer service experience

Pay: $46,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
