**Dr. Soliman Dental **is looking for an experienced well - rounded Dental Front Office Assistant to join our expanding dental team. We need someone who is organized and can really handle insurance, and scheduling very well Our practices include the latest technology and patient amenities with a fun and friendly dental team to work with. If you are seeking an outstanding work-life balance, we encourage you to apply. This position is for part-time, day-time hours, Monday-Saturday.

**Requirements**:

- Experience working as a dental assistant or working in healthcare settings.
- Experience with insurance billing.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High level of professionalism and patience.
- Spanish speaker preferred.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage phone systems, including answering and directing calls
- Maintain dental administrative support functions
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Oversee office operations to ensure efficiency
- Coordinate appointments and handle scheduling

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in dental terminology
- Experience with dental office procedures
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
- Strong administrative skills
- Familiarity with ER systems (bonus: experience with Oryx)
- Ability to take X-rays
- Ability to multitask effectively

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 35 per week
