WinnCompanies is looking for an **Administrative Assistant **to split their time between **Saxonville Village, **a 64-unit residential community, and **Sherwood Park Apartments,** an 81-unit residential community: both of which are located in Framingham, MA.
In this role, you will assist with daily administrative procedures and special projects. **Please note that this is a part-time position, which will work 32 hours per week.**
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide office support, including: maintaining files, ordering office supplies, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and facilitating overnight shipping.
- Meet with residents, process income certifications, post rental payments, assist with apartment and building inspections, and assign work orders.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing calls.
- Manage all aspects of front desk duties.
- Update property management team on existing or potential problems.
- Complete special projects as needed.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Excellent organizational and recordkeeping skills.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Superb attention to detail.
- Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in property management industry.
