The Parts Room Clerk coordinates and stocks all replacement parts and spares for equipment and facility at the Argo plant through interfacing with a computerized maintenance management system.

**What You'll Do**:

- Assists maintenance personnel with locating, identifying, and checking-out repair parts.
- Reconciles material movements for parts and enters into SAP.
- Performs physical counts and cycle counts for inventoried parts.
- Audit part information in SAP and reports discrepancies to MRO Buyer.
- Complies with all separational duty requirements.
- Organizes and maintains all inventory areas.
- Responsible for reporting all food safety and quality problems to personnel with authority to initiate action.
- Shall be responsible for following cGMP's.
- Back-up handled by MRO Buyer.
- UPS Shipping (Small packages)
- Other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Manager/Maintenance Supervisor/MRO Buyer.

**What You'll Need**:

- High School / Equivalent; 1-2 years’ experience in maintenance, inventory and/or manufacturing is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and maintain compliance with company driving standards to operate company vehicle.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to use a ladder, two-wheel truck and hand pallet jack.
- Attention to detail.
- Good analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects/priorities.
- General typing abilities.
- Functional experience in the use of Word and Excel.
- Working knowledge of SAP.

**PHYSICAL DEMANDS**:

- Ability to lift, carry and/or pull 50 lbs. on occasion.
