**Full job description**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as an Outside Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by targeting the B2B and B2C market and establishing relationships with various organizations. Your primary objective will be to promote and sale our product lines, meet sales targets, and contribute to the overall success of our organization.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Business Development: Identify and prospect potential B2B and B2C clients, including Schools, hospitals, physician groups, rehabilitation centers, senior living communities, daycares and other related organizations.
- Sales and Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies and marketing plans to generate leads, increase brand visibility, and drive revenue growth.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, referral sources, and industry influencers to generate business opportunities and foster long lasting relationships.
- Consultative Selling: Understand the unique needs and challenges of potential clients and provide tailored solutions that align with their requirements, highlighting the benefits and features of our products.
- Presentations and Negotiations: Deliver persuasive presentations and conduct negotiations with prospective clients, addressing objections, and closing sales deals.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions to identify opportunities, adapt strategies, and make informed recommendations for improvement.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and customer service to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful implementation of sales initiatives.
- Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM tools. Provide regular reports, sales forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
**Requirements**:
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B and B2C sales.
- Must live in or near the Kendall, Fl area **(33186)**:
- Valid driver license.
- Must have a reliable vehicle.
- Proficient in English & Spanish is a requirement
- Bilingual **(English & Spanish)**:
- Experience selling to healthcare organizations, assisted living facilities senior living communities, or related organizations is **Highly Desirable**.
- Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a strong understanding of consultative selling techniques, relationship building, and negotiation strategies.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with process of outside selling to any market possible, is advantageous.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively articulate the value proposition of our product lines to potential clients.
- Self-motivated: Ability to work independently, set priorities, manage time effectively, and maintain a high level of self-motivation and discipline.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify customer needs, propose solutions, and overcome objections.
- Technology Proficiency: Proficiency in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales and marketing tools.

**What We Offer**:
- Basic Salary + Gasoline
- Supplemental Pay: Commission and Bonus (Average 45K to 65K a Year)
