Developmental Construction Manager
**Key Role**:
**Basic Qualifications**:

- Experience in working with General Contractors to perform construction activities
- Experience with conducting construction inspections to ensure conformance to design specifications and building codes
- Ability to manage design or construction efforts, including document administration, scheduling, and funding
- Ability to provide technical guidance and assistance on contracting and construction issues
- Ability to optimize performance, cost, and schedule by ensuring project objectives are achieved on schedule and within budget
- Ability to manage and verify change orders
- Ability to work with various stakeholders simultaneously
- Ability to obtain a security clearance
- HS diploma or GED

**Additional Qualifications**:

- Experience with commercial construction
- Experience with secure building design and construction
- Knowledge of project or construction management software
- Ability to use basic computer software
- Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
