**Role Overview**:
As a Project Manager at TriCrest Homes, you will lead teams on multi-million dollar projects, focusing on luxury homes with intricate designs and high-quality standards. This role demands precision and expertise in managing complex projects with tight tolerances and a high degree of finish.

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Project Execution**: Lead construction projects involving high-end, custom homes valued between $6M and $10M. Ensure all aspects of the projects are executed with precision, adhering to set budgets and timelines.
- ** Client and Stakeholder Communication**: Serve as the primary liaison between clients, site teams, subcontractors, and consultants. Maintain clear, consistent, and professional communication to ensure all parties are aligned.
- ** Technical Proficiency**: Utilize BuilderTrend platform extensively to track project progress, manage budgets, and streamline communication.
- ** Quality Control**: Uphold the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship, conducting rigorous inspections and coordinating adjustments as necessary throughout the construction process.
- ** Budget Management**: Develop and control project budgets including bids, estimates, and final costs. Efficiently manage resources to maximize productivity and profitability.
- ** Team Leadership**: Direct and support project teams, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages top performance and adherence to industry-best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- ** Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in luxury home construction or related fields.
- Proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion, with a focus on superior outcomes and client satisfaction.
- **Skills**:

- Expertise in high-end residential construction techniques and standards.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite and BuilderTrend or similar project management software.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- **Certifications**: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is advantageous.
