Taco Dirty To Me, a small local business, is on the lookout for a dynamic and passionate Farmers Market Supervisor to oversee the thriving presence of our brand at local farmers markets. The Market Supervisor will be instrumental in curating an exceptional market experience for both customers and our employees, ensuring the success and growth of Taco Dirty To Me in these vibrant community spaces.

**Responsibilities**:

- Vendor Coordination:

- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate booth setups to create an attractive and cohesive market presence.
- Operational Excellence:

- Ensure smooth day-to-day market operations, from setup to teardown, maintaining a visually appealing and well-organized booth.
- Implement and uphold health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance with food handling guidelines.
- Enforce Taco Dirty To Me's operational protocols for efficiency and consistency.
- Customer Engagement:

- Pass along any customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Create a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the fun and energetic spirit of Taco Dirty To Me.

Qualifications:

- Food Safety Manager Certificate preferred.
- Proven experience in event coordination, market management, or the food industry.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Detail oriented.
- Knowledge and passion for the local food scene and Taco Dirty To Me's unique brand.
- Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to peak market seasons.
- Able to perform well under high-stress situations.

This benefits package is tailored for a small business, considering the limited resources but aiming to provide meaningful support and recognition for the supervisor's contributions to the business. Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
