Exciting opportunity for an Inspection and Monitoring Coordinator to join Omni Technologies, a well-established and constantly growing low-voltage technology contractor. Omni Technologies, LLC is a leading provider of low voltage services in southern Wisconsin, specializing in the design and implementation of fire alarm, security, nurse call and audio-video systems.

The Inspection and Monitoring Coordinator will be responsible for managing, updating and maintaining our inspection and monitoring department.
- Sales / Contract Acquisition:_
- Proactively acquire new inspection and monitoring contracts from both existing and new customers.
- Monitor and secure inspection and monitoring contract renewal opportunities.
- Provide customers with inspections and monitoring proposals.
- Secure and maintain contract documentation for inspections and monitoring.
- Inspection Management:_
- Coordinate the scheduling of inspections.
- Completing all associated inspection and electronic paperwork.
- Communicate with inspectors regarding scope.
- Communicate with customers and answer customers’ questions.
- Ensure inspection is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Organize and update company inspection database.
- Monitoring Management:_
- Set up / cancel monitoring accounts.
- Keep an accurate database of monitoring accounts and credentials.
- Communicate with monitoring company.
- Communicate with technicians and project managers regarding conditions, as needed.
- Billing and Financial Assistance:_
- Assist the accounting department with customer billing.
- Assist with collecting payment for past due invoices.
- Quality Control and Customer Satisfaction:_
- Follow up with customers regarding any required follow up service work.
- Contribute to quality control efforts.
- Miscellaneous Responsibilities:_
- Be prepared for any other functions or requirements assigned by supervisor.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn with desire for professional growth within the company.
- Experience with fire alarm inspections and monitoring a plus.
