Pay range: $24.50- $29.75

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
**Current and valid driver's license**

Commercial Construction and Maintenance for buildings and grounds including but not limited to: HVAC, welding, framing construction and metal work. Operation of the Maintenance Group tools and equipment including but not limited to forklift, scissor lifts, knuckle booms and other heavy equipment. Repair tools and equipment. Keep plant facility in good repair. Perform preventive maintenance duties on a regular basis. Responsible for maintaining equipment at high quality and workmanship. Assisting facility maintenance with projects. Use of Multimeter, Calipers and measuring tools. Plumbing experience with hydraulics, Pneumatic and some electrical up to 480, Volts 3phase. LOTO (lock out tag out) exp. a must.

**JOB DUTIES**:
Requires minimum of eight hours standing, bending, squatting, kneeling, pushing, and pulling with a full range of body mechanics/movements. Regularly required to lift and carry up to 35 (thirty-five) pounds. Frequently required to lift and carry up to fifty-five (55) pounds. While adhering to the general safety plan. May be required to do other duties as requested by supervisor.
